Shopping with Keep Handy

Last updated: 21 September 2026. Keep Handy is an independent online shop based in Israel. These terms apply to purchases from keephandy.myshopify.com. Our support email is keephandysupport@gmail.com. Our business contact details and postal address are on our contact page.

Products and prices

Review the product description, included items, suitability guidance and delivery estimate before ordering. Prices are displayed in USD unless another currency is explicitly shown. Applicable checkout taxes and shipping charges are displayed before payment. Any import charges not collected at checkout are disclosed in the shipping policy. Illustrative or AI-styled images are identified; they are not evidence of independently tested performance.

Orders and payment

Provide accurate contact and delivery information and use a payment method you are authorized to use. Checkout displays the payment methods available to you. An order confirmation records your order; it does not mean the parcel has dispatched. If an item is unavailable or an error prevents fulfillment, we will contact you and arrange a refund for any amount collected for an order we cannot fulfill. We will not substitute an item or increase an agreed price without your agreement.

Delivery and cancellations

Current delivery areas, processing estimates, transit estimates, exclusions and tracking information are described in our shipping and returns policy. Estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates. If we cannot dispatch within the stated processing window, we will contact you with an updated estimate and the option to cancel for a refund. Request changes or cancellation promptly by email; changes may not be possible once dispatch begins.

Returns and product problems

Contact us within 30 days of delivery to request a change-of-mind return. Items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging; the buyer pays return postage to Israel. We do not charge a restocking fee. Contact us before posting a return. Damaged, incorrect or defective items are handled separately with a replacement or refund solution at no additional cost, including any return postage we require. For the Reusable Pet-Hair Roller, confirmed damaged, defective or incorrect items reported within 30 days of delivery qualify for a refund without shipping the item back. See our refund policy for the complete process. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Privacy and communication

Our privacy policy explains how customer information is handled. Do not send passwords, verification codes or card details to our support inbox. Optional promotional email consent is separate from messages needed to process and support an order.

Use of this website

Do not misuse the website, interfere with its security, impersonate another person or submit unlawful content. Website and product media may be owned by Keep Handy or its suppliers and licensors; publication does not grant permission to reuse them.

Questions and changes

Email keephandysupport@gmail.com with questions or an order number. We aim to respond within two business days. Updates to these terms apply prospectively; they do not remove rights attached to an existing order. Mandatory consumer rights continue to apply.
