Can I order now?
Yes. Browse all products. Prices are in USD and PayPal is available at checkout. We deliver to Israel only. Standard shipping to Israel is ₪35 and free on eligible orders from ₪250 after discounts. Checkout determines eligibility and the final amount; a fixed estimated USD conversion does not guarantee free shipping.
Where is Keep Handy based?
We are an independent shop based in Israel. Orders are shipped directly by our fulfillment partner, typically from a warehouse in China. Keep Handy sends order updates and handles support.
When will my order arrive?
Our order-handling policy allows up to 5 business days before dispatch. This is our operational commitment, not a supplier guarantee. Transit varies by product and route; we do not yet have a verified Israel delivery range covering every product. Email keephandysupport@gmail.com before ordering if delivery by a particular date matters. Tracking is emailed after dispatch; arrival dates are not guaranteed. If we cannot dispatch within the handling window, we will contact you with an updated estimate and the option to cancel for a refund.
How do returns work?
Request a return within 30 days of delivery through your customer account or by email. For our voluntary change-of-mind policy, items should be unused and the buyer pays return postage to our business in Israel. These conditions do not limit statutory rights, including the EU right of withdrawal. If an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 30 days and we will arrange a solution at no additional cost. Read the full terms.
